LingoFunLearn Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using the LingoFunLearn application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

LingoFunLearn is designed for educational purposes, providing tools for language learning (Bangla to English) and reading the Qur'an. The materials are provided "as is" to aid learning and should not replace formal education.

3. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account to save your progress, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Appropriate Use

You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, exploit bugs, or disrupt the learning experience of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The original software, code, and custom graphics in LingoFunLearn are the property of the publisher. However, certain content is provided under open licenses (see below).

6. Third-Party & Open Content

This App incorporates third-party open content:

• Qur'an Bangla Translation: Dr. Abu Bakr Muhammad Zakaria, sourced from QuranEnc.com. We do not claim ownership of this translation.
• Qur'an Audio: Verified CC0 recordings sourced from Wikimedia Commons. We do not claim ownership of this audio.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of translations or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use.

11. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Your continued use of the App after modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
